Brand Designer

‎Pophouse is seeking a Brand Designer with creative and technical experience to join our team. This team member is passionate about design, accuracy and always looking to push their skills to the next level. They are a highly motivated problem solver and can manage a diverse project load while working alongside internal and external teams. This person has expertise in both branding and social media with a deep understanding of the necessary steps and process for successful project completion.

01 Responsibilities +
  • Grow and maintain overarching Pophouse brand identity
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure holistic storytelling for brand look and feel
  • Current on design trends and new developments in digital and print subjects to produce fresh brand experiences
  • Present and communicate design solutions with clarity and purpose developing narratives that align with brand goals
  • Coordinate and execute photoshoots at the direction of the Creative Director
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to push and evolve the Pophouse brand
  • Work with leadership to develop innovative design solutions that are reflective of brand goals and culture
  • Create icons, charts, and infographics that effectively communicate key messages
  • Digital asset management of brand visuals and all collateral
  • Collaborate with production team to create new engaging social media content
  • Create unique brand takeaways, collateral, and client gifts
  • Act as gate keeper of brand visual identity by educating and encouraging adherence to the guidelines across the company
  • Develop production ready design files and facilitate a variety of vendors from web to apparel to bring our brand to life
  • Create advertisements, promotional, public relations materials, and visuals such as award submissions, email blast, etc
  • Collaborate with leadership and fellow designers to develop client presentation standards, RFP’s, business development collateral and other organizational presentations for external use
  • Responsible for the creation of leadership and business development presentation and collateral
  • Manage and schedule content for all social media channels coordinating with Pophouse leadership for approvals (including responding to inquiries through social platforms)

03 Qualifications +
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from an accredited college or university
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in Graphic Design required
  • Advanced proficiency in social media platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
