The Michigan headquarters of a National Banking Client was elevated through a comprehensive environmental graphic design strategy aimed at creating a modern, engaging workspace that reflects the client’s brand and meets the needs of a younger, dynamic workforce. The project focuses on integrating bold branding elements throughout the headquarters. By incorporating contributions from team members in certain graphics, we aim to personalize and humanize the environment, making team members feel valued and connected. The redesigned space will serve as a vibrant, inclusive setting that reinforces the bank’s brand while fostering a sense of community and belonging, appealing to the next generation of talent and boosting engagement and productivity.
