Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse
The Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse corporate office required a strategic approach to both function and aesthetic to properly reflect the energy of the team and the dynamic workflow of the powerhouse support behind the arena. Research into the culture of the team, day-to-day work styles, collaborative tendencies, and the hospitality-centric nature of the environment informed both our narrative and programming.
Taking a page from Cleveland’s playbook, we focused on the team’s athletic roots and the city’s industrial history and grit. A balance of concrete, steel, and wood combined with warm pops of the Cavaliers iconic wine and gold speak to the industrial heritage of Cleveland and the team’s legacy. By creating larger gathering areas within the reception and kitchen, team meetings and private events can be held within the office space, comfortably welcoming both team members and guests into a lively, on brand environment.
