Hudson’s amenity suite is a daily retreat at the heart of the building, a place where tenants can reset between the rhythm of work and home. A narrative focus on boutique hospitality concepts guided the team in space planning and furniture selections, offering a truly bespoke tenant experience along Lower Woodward. Across the amenity experience, the design reads like a sequence of rooms with distinct personalities, each attuned to a diversity of settings. A sculptural reception moment, defined by a rich stone desk and modern lighting intentionally contrasts the atrium, providing a grounded warmth.

This portal carries you to a residential-style living room setting that invites longer stays through maximalist textiles and rich materiality. Built-in shelving frames the space like a private library, featuring memorabilia from the original J.L. Hudson Department store and iconic Detroit sports teams. The kitchenette, showcasing stunning views of the city, augments the convivial atmosphere and is available to tenants for hosting team huddles or taking a break. A club inspired sports-lounge anchors social energy with a court-side view and generous seating, while the wellness studio brings daylight deep into the floor plate with warm wood detailing. Together, these spaces create an ecosystem that feels curated and effortless while providing intuitive zones for training and recovery.
